We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer in part or in full. Dispatch may happen in multiple shipments; each dispatch constitutes a separate acceptance of that portion of the order.
We endeavor to reproduce product colors and designs accurately. However, actual colors may vary depending on your monitor configuration.
As many of our items are handmade, slight variations in finish or appearance are natural and not considered defects. Size may vary slightly between different designer brands.
All prices are listed in UK Pounds sterling (£).
Anemone's aggregate liability is limited to the actual value of the specific product(s) purchased.
We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances or third-party logistics issues.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
Beyond 24 hours, cancellation requests are subject to approval. If an order has already been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for a return under our Returns Policy.
A signature is required upon delivery. Ownership passes to you once the package is acknowledged by a recipient at the provided address.
We cannot guarantee delivery to P.O. Box addresses. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.

For any cancelled or rejected orders, we initiate refund instructions within 5 working days. Please note that payment gateways may take up to 30 days to credit the amount back to your account.
